Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
